Use of the pool, gym, or playground equipment is not allowed.
know this is your final day to submit any outstanding documentation and
payment. New compliance procedures have required us to review all
documentation before a player is eligible to practice. If your child’s
paperwork or payment is not submitted by this date, s/he will not practice
on August 1st and will not be eligible to practice
until the paperwork has been reviewed by our compliance officer. This is
a change from previous years’ practice, so please plan accordingly. Your
attention to ensuring documentation is correctly and completely submitted is
very much appreciated. We definitely do not want to sit a player out on
1. Original 2015 Pop Warner Physical Fitness & Medical History Form. Physical must have been completed in 2015. (Must be on Pop Warner Physical Form)
2. Original 2015 Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. Three Copies of 2014-2015 Final Report Card (Must be full year report card)
5. Wallet size picture
6. Parent and Player Avalon Code of Conduct

Cheer Uniform Fitting Schedule
2:30-2:55 Jr Midget,
3-3:25 Jr PeeWee,
3:30-3:55 Mitey Mite,
4-4:25 Tiny Mite.
Challenger cheer can come anytime.
Cheerleaders should have bloomers and sports bra/tank top on. We will be
fitting many girls at once.
Uniform fitting is
for cheerleaders who are fully paid and have all paperwork turned in.

2015 Cheer Clinic
July 11th 9-11am
Avalon Town Park
Kick Start the cheer season by learning new cheer skills or
improving existing skills.
Open to the public - cheerleaders (or anyone
interested in cheer) from 1st grade to 8th grade. Tell a friend! $10 pp -
your own water Bottle, insulated is best.
cash or check payment of $10 per cheerleader. Checks payable to APTCYS
wear appropriate foot wear, sneakers or tennis shoes.
-Hair must be pulled up away from face.
15 -30 min early to sign in cheerleader and pay.
will be served to cheerleaders at 11am when clinic is finished.
